-Run east on Bloor to High Park entrance. Cross to the east side of High Park Ave at lights.
-Turn right (south) into park, keep to your left and run south on Colborne Lodge Dr, then veer left (southeast) onto Spring Road.
-Follow Spring Road until it ends, turn right (west) into the path at the bottom of the park that follows the Queensway.
-Follow the path/Queensway west to the South Kingsway ramp.
-Turn right (northwest) onto the ramp and run to South Kingsway.
-Take the left-hand fork of the road (Riverside) and run up the hill.
-Stay on Riverside until you reach Mossom Road.
-Turn right (east) onto Mossom Road and run to Bloor St.
