Description:
Run east on Bloor to entrance to High Park. Turn right (south) onto West Road. Follow the loop around to Colborne Lodge Dr. Turn left (north) onto Colborne Lodge Dr. Follow to Spring Road. Turn right onto Spring Road. Run to the bottom of the hill, then do your hill repeats (we start at 3 and go to 9, adding one hill each week). The cooldown is: run north on Colborne Lodge Dr. to High Park entrance, continue north (straight ahead) on High Park Ave. Turn left (west) onto Glenlake Ave, run on Glenlake to Clendenan. Turn left (south) onto Clendanan, run to Bloor St W. Turn right (east) onto Bloor, run back to store.
