Biju is a lifelong cyclist and Denver based chef who has worked with some of the top Professional cyclists in America. Most recently he cooked for Levi Leipheimer, Chris Horner and the Radio Shack Pro Cycling Team as they won the 2011 Amgen Tour of California.
