Hi everyone,

It may be a long shot, but I'm interested in finding a running partner or running group in Great Falls, Montana. I'm currently focusing on building up my mileage to run a marathon next June, and I run about 8-8:30 min./mile at a comfortable pace. I work evenings, so I usually run in the morning, but could meet up for evening runs a few days a week. If anyone could point me in the right direction, let me know.

Thanks!

Hi everyone,

I'm a female runner, who has set a goal of runing a marathon before reaching 40th birthday (next June). i'm looking for a partner to do long runs with at weekends as part of my training to do Copenhagen marathon in May 2009.

I've done a half marathon before (Wilmslow 2008) but injury (shin Splints and hip problems) forced me to abandon the planned Dublin Marathon in October 2008 and i've now set myself a new goal. I'm currently run/walking in addition to cross training(swimming/weights) to try and regain my strength... speed unfortunately has never been my strong point, but i'd love to change that!

I'm based in Stretford manchester and usually run the Mersey Valley / Urmston/Sale/Worsley areas

Anyone avilable to keep me motivated on weekend runs?

G'day. I'm looking for either a running group or some running partners in Newport RI. I have moved here recently from Australia and am running to get into shape. I've searched the net and only found a running club in Narragansett so would ideally like to avoid crossing the bridges if possible (prefer to save the environment in any way I can).

I'm not very fast (about 9 min mile on 10 mile runs, slightly faster on shorter runs of 5-6 miles) so would be looking for a group or running partners with similarly pace. I don't mind if people are a little faster than me but I'm not likely to keep pace with those Navy-types I see out running.

Hope to hear from other Newport runners...!

Cheers!

I am looking for a walking buddy (4.2 miles per hour) or someone to help motivate me as I just begin my new challenge of running. I live in Norwalk and currently have many routes in the area, but am willing to see some new scenery. I would like some coaching in the running area as I don't seem to be able to motivate myself enough to keep up the distance and end up walking.

I'm looking to run with someone early mornings and on the weekend any time. I live in NW DC near Dupont Circle. Please let me know if you're interested!

I shoot for 8 minute mile pace on most runs and am currently running Tues, Weds, Thurs, Saturday (and supposed to run Sunday). I'm flexible with any of those details if someone is interested.

Thanks!
