Hey sister-in-law!  Ok - favorite pre-run food?  I have always stuck to my banana and peanut butter on a slice of wheat toast before a long run...but I find that I lose steam on my longer runs...and don't really like to &quot;goo&quot; unless it's necessary.  What does everyone like to eat pre-run?
