Bummer.... I'm injured and don't now what I did or how to make it better.
That's what this discussions is here for. To know other people that exercise is to know we all get Aches and Pains from exercising.

What I think: ITB stretch, ice, elliptical on a no elevation in 2 & ½ weeks. Back to base training mileage.
