Bonney Lake/ Buckley Wa Riding: Enroll in Training plan

I am a premium member and I would like to enroll in a training plan.  When I am asked to select a start date, nothing happens.  The calendar is displayed with the current date highlighted.  I can click / double click anywhere and nothing happens.  There is no way for me to continue.
