    I just thought I would make a group for anyone in Maryland since there really wasn't one yet. I've lived in Montgomery, Carroll, Frederick, and Wicomico counties so I've been around Maryland a little bit. Use this group to organize runs, gear up for races, or just feed off each others' tips and motivational wisdom.

    I am currently living in Urbana, Maryland...transplant from Mont Co...would love to find people to do runs (anywhere fro 7-20 miles) with pacing around 8-81/2 minute miles...or just to share info...

    Sadly I'm just getting back into shape.  I was a college runner for a while but then had to take off my last 2 years due to injury.  Just getting back into shape so my max right now is 4.5.  I'm an original MoCo runner...Germantown.  Do you know of any 5Ks that may be coming up soon to run?  I'd like to race a little bit but can't find much outside a run in Silver Spring...a little far to travel for a 5k.
