    I've been using the mapping tool for a while with no problems, but suddenly I can't seem to map a new run.  While the computer has my default information, when I go to map a new run, it just shows me the entire North American Continent....Then, when I close in on my area (a painstaking process...) there is no toolbar - no anything, just themap.  I can click and create a route just by clicking, but except for the mileage shown on the actual route, there is no mileage counter.

     Wassup?  Is this just me?  My husband switched us from McAffee to something called CA recently - could it be the new security and firewall?  HELP.

    I even had trouble getting to this discussion forum and leaving a message.  This is my second try.

    I am having a similar problem as I can't map new runs - like Sueruns I have had no difficulty before but last week started to be unable to load the mapping tool at all.  It just comes up that the route creator is being loaded - but hte map never appears.   Is this a problem unique to this computer?

    Hello again.

     

    Still having the same trouble - but only at home.  I am on my work computer right now (don't tell anyone), and am having no problems.  I guess I'll have to figure it out on my end...but it's interesting that you have the same problem, Fiona.  I am thinking it's our new security/firewall.  Not sure how to fix, though.
