So far 6 people have joined our group. Hopefully we can get all the riders to participate and use the website! I hope that you really explore the website and realize what it has to offer. It can be a great motivational tool to log your workouts and keep track of your stats (i.e. resting heart rate, calories burned, miles ridden, weight lost, etc.). After a long ride, I really look forward to coming home and mapping it on this website and logging my average speed/heart rate, seeing how many calories I burned and looking at the elevation profile. It would also give us a chance to see where everyone else is training for the ride!
If that wasn't convincing enough, I will sweeten the deal with a bribe: I will buy the first person who logs a ride an Arby's value meal of their choosing. And if you log a ride greater than 20 miles, I'll let you supersize it.
