Can anyone recommend good comfortable sport headphones for long distance running?  I've been browsing but I am more curious what you guys are using than what the seller's description say. Looking for something soft in the ear that doesn't fall out, no matter how much I sweat. Oh yea, I guess sound quality should be decent too. Thanks!

I use a 12 dollar pair from sony.  They are cheap, and stay on during every run I go on.  These wrap around your ear and then fit inside it.  I have run multiple long distances including marathons with these and they are great.  I just don't think that the earbuds work when you are sweating.

I've been  through many.  My favorite to date are Sennheiser behind the head active.  Very sturdy, stays put! and water/sweat resistent.  Not the most comfortable pair that I own, but I can wear them during my races and trust that I won't have to 'fiddle' with them at all.

My Sennheiser in-ear ones are great.  They come with different sized rubber overlays to fit into whatever size your ear canal is.  I have never ever had them fall out and the sound quality is great.

I have tried many over the last couple of year, but my favs are Sennheiser PMX70 Sport. Don't think I could ever go back to anything else, but then I do hate ear buds at the best of times.
