Help!: Markers show up on my screen, but not the actual route lines.

Everything was working fine until yesterday.  Now the lines do not show up when I create new routes, or when I view my old routes or public routes.  Is it some setting on my computer?  Nothing has changed as far as I know.  Any body else?  Solution?
