Help!: Can't see pointer while on map

    For a few weeks now I cannot plot a route because I can't see the pointer when over the map.  Has anyone had this problem?   any suggestions?  I've cleared my cache and temp files and reloaded the site.  Still no luck.

    There is a random bug with Google Maps that we're trying to still figure out.   It may have to do security update or browser setting ...
