    Hi gang!

    How was the Potato run?  Hot?

    I am training with a schedule by Michelle StanWiens, who is coaching me this summer.  I'm doing some pretty high mileage workouts each week pretty early in the season already. 

    Is anyone interested in 2 hr 15 min+ runs the next couple of weeks?  I've been better at negative splitting and keeping to an average 8:00-8:10 pace.  If you are interested in running weekends or longer double-digit runs during the week - let me know! It gets very monotonous out there alone. :)

     Hope everyone is great!  Hopefully we'll see you Saturday.  What time have you been starting out?

    Hi Katie,

    Terry and I have 14mi and 16mi on the schedule the next two weekends. I am not sure we are up for 8:00 pace for the entire run but after a warmup we could chase you for  a bit I suppose. I have to get out very early this weekend because I want to take my kids to the St. Al's Capitol Classic Run. Are you doing flat or hills?

    We should compare notes on schedules. I don't know who Michelle is but it sounds like she has you working hard.

    What are other sloths doing?
