Help!: [Sink] Wrong starting point

    I'm new to MapMy Ride and over the past few days, no matter what I enter as my starting point, the map starts at the same location about 40 miles away from where I want to be.  Anyone have a suggestion?

     Also,how can I add turn by turn directions to my routes?

    I hope someone answers this. Same thing is happening to me. I can't seem to change my starting place . . . and it's in Vietnam!

    Same here. I think you have to be careful about the address you put in at the beginning. I put in my full address,which included Queen Street, and New Zealand, and got a map of Sydney, where there must be a queen street somewhere, and I found New Zealand street. No Idea how to fix it though, apart from deleting the full address and leaving the town and country only, and that seems to get you to the right place. It's a bit irritating to have to keep doing that each time I want to map a ride.

    I have the same problem. I live in the UK, in Wilmslow, Cheshire. I cannot get MMR to default to my home address. I have tried different addresses, and it still jumps to approx 10 miles away :(

    I am also having the same problem, I live in South Wales(UK) but the map defaults to somewhere in Scotland.

    Has anyone gotten an answer to this - also, i have found an existing ride (a loop) but would like to change the direction of travel.
