Catchy title?  I like to use "streaks" as motivation.  For the purpose of this forum, I'm seeing if anyone would like to keep track of their own personal streak along with me.

Here's the rules (quite simple) - If you do an activity that you have set aside as exercise, training, or a workout - it's a streak day.  To be considered a "Streak Day" the activity should be no less than 20 minutes.  As long as you complete one of these sessions in 24 hours, it counts.  It doesn't matter if you walk, run, cycle, or crawl.  But it must be an activity you set aside purposely for exercise (no - not mowing the lawn).

To get started, just respond to this post.  I'll keep track of all the "streakers" every few days.  My next post is an example of what you can do.  You can say as much as as little as you like.  Unfortunately, if you BUST, you must admit it and go back to "0".  A BUST is when you miss a day.  To be fair to those who already have long streaks already going, the streak date begins September 1st.  To get started, count the number days in a row you have done an activity 20 minutes or more since September 1st, 2007.  For example, mine is 13.

Note - Do not respond here!  Find this discussion topic in the Lobby and respond now and from now on... that's where you will find the "main post" for streakers.
