Hi, I just became a member to this site. I'm looking to find some running partners in the Moorpark, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks or Camarillo area. I enjoy multisports and am a typical weekend warrior. I have also just read about, "fastpacking". Anyone interested?

I am in Westlake.  I trained for LA Marathon earlier this year then had an injury just prior to race day.  Would like to someone to run/train with.

We'll be relocating to the Moorpark area the 3rd week of December and it would be great to hit the ground running (so to speak).  Depending on the distance, my pace is between 8:00 and 9:30; I prefer runs that are 5-8 miles right now -- I haven't been training enough during the house sale / move timeframe and need to get back to the basics.  By February, I'd like to be back to 13 miles for the weekend long run and 2 runs during the week (likely Tuesday / Thursday) with one a tempo run and the other speedwork.  I've mostly done road running, but I've heard the trails are great in the area.  Let me know if you you're still interested in running partners.

I'm in Newbury Park, California right next to Thousand Oaks.
I'm a recreational runner, running 5 days a week, averaging 6-10 miles, varying by day. I'd be more than interested in getting along with a running partner in the area. Not very competitive here in the nature of half-marathons/marathons, etc. but I'm definitely gearing up for it.

I'm new to other "types" of running, but I'd be more than happy to get the advice and knowledge in any pertaining areas. :)

I live in Westlake and am training now for the Surf City Marathon... I'm running about 12 on the weekends and 4-5 two or three times during the week. Would love some running partners to keep me company.

    Greetings,

I am also re-locating to Moorpark!  I will be moved-in by mid-January from Arizona.

I am a recreational maratoner.  13 so far in 11 different states.  Trying to run all 50 before I turn 50 (just about 8 years).  My times are between 4:04 - 4:34 and my overall goal is bust four hours.

It would be awesome to meet a few of you folks for mid-week runs, if not Saturday morning runs.  I am training for the Snickers M. in GA on March 7.

Feel free to send me a private message anytime and maybe we can arrange a group run?
