Running Routes: San Francisco and Napa Routes

My wife and I are heading to Cali in the fall. Both of us are big runners and this will be the first post-child getaway.

Anyone have any good routes in Downtown San Francisco--we will be staying by the Bay Bridge near the Embaracadero Plaza. We enjoy routes that would help us see the city well.
Also, anyone have good runs in Napa Valley, we will be staying in Yountville, CA.

We would be up for 5-10 mile runs...but can always go shorter and enjoy the wine more!
