I am 19, a female and plan on doing my first marathon this fall(Seattle Marathon- Nov.30). I am having trouble deciding which training plan to follow.
I have run 2 half-marathons and numerous 10k's, 5k's and more. I was a XC/Track runner in HS.
Does anyone have any ideas?
