Running Routes: Routes in Hollywood area

Hi

I'm looking for some running routes in the hollywood area (starting point around the hollywood highland centre).  I'm not from the area so have no idea where is a good (and safe) place to run.  I'm looking at routes around 10km long.

Any advice is appreciated.
