    Hi there everyone,

    Just thought I'd jump on here (a bit of a newby) and start a discussion about change. Not sure if I'm in a minority but I am absolutely staggered at the way a change in route can increase my energy dramatically.

    I usually run around 10km 3 times a week and found that, after running the same circut a few times I began to feel rather uninspired and even foud it seemed to be harder to keep up the pace. a slight change in direction or taking another street gave me an enormous boost and it felt like I could go forever.

    Just thought I'd put that out there, anyone who has found they are losing their MOJO, this may be something that will work for you too.
