    Im training for my 2nd half. Did my first 3 months ago. Im having a difficult time getting motivated. I want some goals that are reasonable. I did my first in 2 hours and 30 mins. Should I train for time this go round to make things interesting? I take my running pretty slow. I just need some advice on where to go from here. The half Im planning for is December 5th.
