    This is Sheri reporting from Philippines :o) Thanks to Payberah, i finally added myself to the group. I am training for few events this year. One of them will be a half marathon in November (date is not final yet) and 2 triathlons in Spring. I will be needing your positive energy  and help all the way!

    Dana jaan, how was your race? I think it was this weekend, right?

    Anar joon, you must be on your way to the States. You have 71 more days left to your race. Maybe we can come up with a running plan that we both can follow.

    Golbahar joon, I see that you have been the winner of the last few weeks. I guess I need to add to my miles to catch up with you. You are awsome.

    Hi Sheri joon,It is good that you write here because I can’t write comment in your blog. I am going to run this weekend. it is 9 km and I am hoping to finish it under 55 minutes. Every one in our office is so competitive!I liked your resolution about building mussels, I am sure you will have stronger body after a half marathon and 2 triathlon. Good on you.Gol Bahar joonam I envy you! you are doing great.

    Under 55 minutes sounds pretty good. You gotta push hard and I know you can do it.We are all sending you lots of positive energy. Go get them girlfriend.
