Help!: [Sink] no profile image?

    I uploaded my profile pic and it's displayed on the public profile or when you select my user name, but I don't understand why the pic doesn't show in the member profile (it's that little box with the body outline). If I do a member search, my pic doesn't appear but other members have photos. Is this a premium membership benefit? What am I doing wrong? It says "no profile image" but I did upload my photo.

    Allie,

    Can you walk me through how you added your photos? Did you have an old photo you updated? Did you upload 1 at a time or both?

    We fixed the issue but having a hard time replicating how it happened...

    Hmm...I don't think I did anything out of the ordinary. Under the edit profile/upload images I simply followed the instructions. I could see the image if I clicked on my public profile but the little icon didn't update. But I see that it's working again.
