It's interesting, we spend 500+ on a gps and end up using printed queue sheets.

A friend has a 705 and he will plan routes using the maps bought from garmin in the training center software.

I'm using a 305 and printing queue sheets and clipping them to my shift cable.

Open the ride you want to export in mapmyride. At the top of the map screen are several option tabs. Hover over the save tab and then choose "Save To Gpx".

On the left side of the page you will see the Exporting your route choices. Left click save as a "Garmin Course File (crs/tcx)".

You will then see the option of what type of file to download as, select tcx and click "Download Course File".

Save the file to your desktop.

You can then go to the File/Import in the Garmin Training Center and choose to import all. Locate the file on your desktop and open it. It will be imported into training center.

From there it can be sent to your garmin device if you choose.
