Hey sister-in-law! Ok - favorite pre-run food? I have always stuck to my banana and peanut butter on a slice of wheat toast before a long run...but I find that I lose steam on my longer runs...and don't really like to "goo" unless it's necessary. What does everyone like to eat pre-run?
I agree completely! Every race I've ran, I ate a banana and an english muffin (sometimes half, sometimes whole) with peanut butter.
