Help!: Is MapMyRide LISTENING???

    Its interesting, I see the same issues being mentioned time and time again over a period of months.

    Some obvious ones that I've seen (And I won't get into the quality of the forum system being used - I'll stick purely to mapping).

     - Add and Delete points 'being worked on'.  This is truly crucial functionality, without it, you can't correct a route or edit a route without going down some tortuous work arounds

     - Panning a map.  When you pan a map, and move the cursor out of  the map bounds by accident, the only way to then exit panning mode is with a single click of the mouse, which of course drops in a way point that you can't delete.  Hitting the back button just trashed a whole bunch of work I had done trying to work around the first issue.

    Any word on when these types of issues will be resolved?

    Hi Jo,

    These are issues that are being worked on -- I will spend some time personally this week / weekend to see if we can get the most obvious ones tidied up.  I apologize about the delay however we're a small team with an ever growing list of to-do's...

    As for the Forums -- I am very aware.  We're looking into alternate / better solutions but in the meantime we're focused on the community, training and mapping aspects of the site.
