As a busy mom constantly on the go, there is something to be said for keeping disposable facial cleansing cloths and deodorant within easy access at all times.  I have a stash in the car and the office for those times when a shower (or running water and soap) is no where to be seen.  I have gone just about everywhere with confidence that I won't offend anyone!

Just today I stopped at the grocery store after a four mile run (on a warm San Diego afternoon) and a tough Vinyasa yoga class. I have to say, I was a little self-conscious (definitely trying not to stand too close to anyone) but the store is between the gym and my apartment and it would've taken longer to get cleaned up than it took to get in and out of the store.

Also, my rec league soccer teammates and I have been known to hit the bars after a game.

I'd hit the store or the gas station or something...at those places, folks see you sweaty running gear and more or less should assume that you're probably not springtime fresh.  B'sides, there is a certain "dig me, I'm all healthy and exercising" thing about it.  Beyond that (work, restaurants, etc..) I need to throw on a shower...if not for me, then for the other innocent victims...

This is a funny one ... Which places _will_ you go after a workout without showering?

I've definitely been guilty of heading to the market after a gym session but is that a no no?

No where.  No matter where I run, it is always a loop back home or to my car.  I can't imagine going somewhere else after.

I'll go anywhere where I don't have to have close contact with other people. I'll hit the grocery store, most other stores, gas station, cheap restaurant, etc, especially if I can thrown on a clean shirt or sweatshirt.

I won't go to work or a nice restaurant without at least a quick shower. Luckily I work right near the gym which has showers, and I usually run outside starting from home, so I almost always have to go back before I go elsewhere.

I just stopped off at the grocery store to pick up some coffee and some fruit after sweating it out in Cycle class. Since it was only like 7am, there weren't very many people for me to offend.

Can't think of a place I'll get out and go into - but anything I can use a drive-thru for (i.e pharmacy, drycleaners) is alright. Then it's straight to the showers!
