    Hi guys,
We're working on improving the file import system as well as adding more file types, and we need your help in this.

If you use a third party device that you would like to see us support, let us know which one you use and give us a sample export file.

We need your export files for Polar Devices, if you use one, please send us your export files to artur [AT] mapmyfitness [dot] com, replacing [AT] with @ and [dot] with ., or send it to us using the contact us link at the bottom of every page.

The more polar (and other) sample files we get the better we can make the data import work.

Similar problem here to novicok above. XML file not supported I guess. Any possibility of adding this format?

Has anyone got a response to this yet?  Im wasting hours here trying to upload my polar data into MMR.  I've stopped using MMR becuase of this very issue.  It gives me a clear option to upload Polar HMR files, but which file do i choose?  The .xml file does not work, nor does an excel file so I'm at a loss.  There seems to be a lot of questions around this with very few answers.  Come on MMR - you're loosing customers by not responding or addressing this issue.

Is it me, or does this system not accept import from Polar HRMs that are not cycling-specific HRMs or which do not produce a permanent file on the user's PC?

I have a Polar F6 which uses audio protocols to upload files to PolarPersonalTrainer.com (the watch/receiver needs to be held up to the computer's microphone); the file information includes duration, average heart rate, max heart rate, calories burned, heart rate target zone, and time in zone. I think it may also append my basic user statistics (age/DOB, gender, height, weight, VO2max (set to default), resting heart rate.

While each training session is considered a "file" by Polar's "Polar WebLink" upload tool, no trace of this information is retained on the computer.

aea@mmf how is the work progressing on this?  Are you getting the files samples you need?  It sure would be nice to upload Polar xml files into MMR.

I was just over on the polar site and they are talking about adding an export feature for hrm files but who knows how long that is going to take.
