Currently using an F11 and I love it. It's my second Polar Heart Rate Monitor and I got this model to use the customized training program. It helps me stay motivated and consistent with my workouts. I've dropped 25 pounds (and kept it off!).

7 years ago I was 40lbs over weight and not fit. I began walking and running . A friend of mine lead me to triathlon and I bought my first Polar HR monitor. I have never been into running at all - unfit, I would jog 300 metres up the road, give up and walk home. August 2008, I was watching the Beijing Olympic Marathon and decided to do a Marathon! I bought a Polar F11 which was the best motivation tool to get me started and for the 8 months of training. I lost 12kg in 6months. In July this year I ran my first ever Marathon (or any run!) in 3hrs:49min. Running and my polar HRM have changed my life dramatically. Can't imagine life without it.
