- A beautiful 10 mile race which is classed as off road according to AAW rules but run on tarmac and trail surfaces,when you run it, it appears to be mainly flat bur suprisingly it is underlating with 1 categaory 5 climb and 1 steep downhill session, ideal for any runner not matter what your standard, a good race as warm up for London
