About:: About the Scream Scram 5K Run/WalkEvent Details This annual fundraiser for Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver combines the best of 5K events and spooky Halloween fun. Held every year in October, race participants can walk the “Orange Carpet” before the race for their shot at a prize in the increasingly popular costume contest. The event attracts both serious runners and families alike, with something for everyone.
