World's Lousiest 10K

description: Starting at Sandia Casino, following Tramway Rd to Forest Road 333, then to the La Luz Trailhead. Used as a training run for the La Luz Trail Run. This route is at least in part that of the "World's Toughest 10K" run in May, and the last 2 miles of this run are the first 2 miles of the La Luz Trail Run. This is an awful route, slogging along a very busy road, along fairly uninteresting terrain until the last 2 miles. But it's a long, climbing workout. Route part of the Albuquerque Road Runner's La Luz preparation training.
