description: Debra from the Library suggested this leisurely 1 hour walk along some of Brattleboro's lovely Victorian streets. Starting at Brooks Memorial Library, South to Grove St. Right to Oak, Right again to Chase. Left, Left again at Forest St to Upper Forest. Uphill to Chestnut Hill. Walk around the reservoir. Downhill to High Street. (At this point you may go left to return, or right to continue through the Cedar St. neighborhood.) Right on High. Right again on Cedar all the way to Sycamore. Thread your way back through the tree-named streets to High, and return along High Street, past Crowell Park and Playground to downtown. Relax awhile at Pliny Park (aka "The Donut") and return to the start.

description: This walk was lifted from (XXXXXXXXXX). It's a pleasant 6 mile jaunt along country roads, past a few farms, some rolling countryside, and several trees. Ideal for a sunny afternoon. Bring a dog! Start at the Experiment in International Living campus (Jct. Dickinson & Kipling Roads). North on Kipling till you reach Dummerston's Middle Road. Left on Dutton Farm Rd., left on Black Mountain Rd. as it meanders back to the beginning.
