This is a good route for a traning run. It can be shorten or extended,into many different distances to suit. It has a bit of a climb, but is mostly flat. Part of the run follows the lower reaches of the River Lea, which flows into the Thames. A rare bit of green space and a breath of fresh air in our crowded city.
