- Anti Clockwise double lap from The Triangle with 2 hills up and 2 hills down. Suitable for beginners as they can learn to open out their hips and make long strides going down Jacobs Wells Road. I encourage walking up steep hills to begin with. If this route is run all the way it is more of an advanced run due to the hills. The first lap is on main trafiicy roads, the second takes you through a beautiful (but hilly) park called Brandon Hill Park.
