Description:
tiring run with quite a few hills very good training but you should not just jump straight in to this route i would recommend treadmill training and flat runing before attempting this route my best time so far is 39.19.8 and weirdly i do run this route quite oftern bout 2 3 times a week and i gt this time after taking a two week holiday in france with no training at all also my dads record is 42.46.3 i recomend you have a go at this route if u enjoy a challenging run
