- 1st run in 2wks....just to test the groin. Had a few pints last night which didnt help and felt the wall after 2 miles. Still..ol :-)..a bit of exercise and cant wait to get past 4 mile again soon. Groin hurts a bit so gonna pack some peas on the beast !!
