Second session from bok - run for 5 mins (effort 5) and walk for 3, repeat twice. Started off too fast and had to slow down, but didint need 3 mins recovery. Had it anyway. Really enjoyed it! Has given me a lot of confidence cos i didnt struggle, or get tired, or bored etc. Used ipod this time though. But was a good chance to worship. Rx
