Esta es la ruta clasica de los entrenamientos largos de los Puertoriqueños que entrenan para un Maraton(42 Km), tiene 10 millas de largo y haciendola ida y vuelta se pueden correr hasta 20 millas, dependiendo en que punto se retorne al Morro. Cada Milla esta marcada como un "Stop". Los sitios de hidratacion son bombas de gasolina, tienditas y 7-11 abiertos 24 horas. Se recomienda iniciar estos en la madrugada. En las ultimas 2 millas no hay tiendas para comprar agua. This is the classic route of the long run of the Puertoriqueños that are training for a Marathon(26 Miles), has 10 miles in length and making it roundtrip it's possible to run up to 20 miles, depending in which point you return to "El Morro". Each Mile this marking as a "Stop" mark. The hidratation points are gas stations, little stores and 7-11 opened 24 hours. We recommend to star these long runs at dawn. In the last 2 miles there are not stores to buy water.
