This route has nasty little hills that make it a challenging time trial for normal humans. Somewhere around 400-500 feet of climbing over the 7.7 mi loop. Course record is 16:27.95 (28.06 MPH) set by Mike Dietrich June 1, 2005 (a pro--not a normal human)
