Beginning at FootZone head towards Drake Park, run along Riverside Dr and then along the pathways in the Old Mill. Once you arrive at Farewell Bend Park continue along the river trail all the way to the footbridge that crosses the river after 3.5 miles. Begin heading back along the other side to the river but then take a hard left and up hill towards Mt Bachelor Village. Head out towards Century Dr and follow the Haul Trail heading West. Cross Century when you reach Skyline Ranch Rd. Follow this road until Skyliners Rd and take a left, after crossing the road. Then take a right on Crosby Dr, then a left on Discovery Park Dr. Follow this until it dead ends into Shields, take a right. Then take a left onto Mt Washington Dr. Take a left at the roundabout onto Shevlin Park Rd. Follow this until you reach McClain Dr (dirt road) and then turn around and head back towards Mt Washington. Take a left at Mt Washington and then turn right on Regency St towards the COCC. Take a right on College Way and head down the hill. Cross through the roundabout and take your first left onto Milwaukee. Follow Milwaukee until it dead ends into Harmon Park. Turn left on Harmon Blvd. Then turn right on Drake Rd. Follow this road and cross over Newport Ave to Awbrey Rd. Take your first right onto 1st Street. 1st Street will dead end to the river trail (1st street rapids). Continue along the river trail, cross Mt Washington, continue along the trail until you reach Archie Briggs Rd. Turnaround here and head back along the same river trail route. Once you reach 1st Street Rapids cross the foot bridge and continue along the east side of the river. Cross Portland Ave, run through Pacific Park, cross Newport and then head back to FootZone.
