Description of this Run

Great Run over a couple of the causeways over the waterway. You start at the Miami Herald Building and run up the sidewalk on the Macarthur Causeway. Take the causeway all the way to the beach and then run up to 24th st. Turn around and head back to 17th and run over the Venetian back to the Herald building. You see water almost the whole way and can take rest breaks or buy water at the stores. Early in the morning you have the roads mostly to yourself.
