Description of this Run

It starts as a dowhill for the first mile; be careful crossing Vista del Oro; the second mile is almost completely uphill; the third is somewhat flat but there is a very slight upgrade for a 100 meters towards the end; the last is flat. The turn around is the complete opposite,so remember that the last mile is almost completely uphill. I chose the route because of the relatively few major streets to cross, sacrificing for the myriad of turns. Mind you, just sprint after turning for a few meters to compensate to get a decent time.
