Description of this Run

This is a great run from the Westin Hotel. The path varies between paved bike path and smooth gravel. The trail is totally exposed so would be hot in the summer months. The views are great and the surface is wide and smooth enough to be able to do any sort of workout there. Faster tempo work and long enough for your long slow days. But beware, as the trail heads out North East, its gentle downhill grade lures you in to a great start of your run. The return trip will be some work if the wind picks up from the West.
