Dog walk + 3 water fitness classes

- (9/29)-Walked Dog around the neighborhood for 40 minutes. Jogged uphill in two 4-minute intervals. Heart rate range: 120-130. My quads are very sore from the water fitness classes I have on Mon, Wed, and Fri, from 8:25-9:15am.(Avg.HR: approx.140-160). The cardio workout utilizes the intervals 30, 45, and 60 seconds (with a 10 sec. rest inbetween); 4 minute intervals of wall-bounding during the last 15 minutes of routine.
