BYU FLSR Standard Route #1
Standard Run #1 that begins at the FLSR and goes all the way near Springfield then back the other way to 300S and University Ave then up to University Pkwy and up to 900s and finally back to the FLSR. I end with calisthenics: I want to do 100 sit-ups and 60 push ups. My goal is to complete this run in an hour one day. Total run and workout time should be 1.5 hours ideally.
