Description of this Run

5k time trial route. Start at roundabout near Texaco. Run to Nass Rd junction and left onto Nass road proper. Down to inner relief road and right. Run this road all the way to Fire Station...crossing twice onroute..(once at Deerpark and again on straight between roundabouts. Pass the Fire Station and turn right at playground...loop up here by the Maxol garage and come back down by Silver Spirit. The route then takes you back the same way (again crossing the roads at roughly the same places). Finish at the front of the Community College.
