Description of this Run

Long lake run with quite a bit of running on sidewalks. The first half of this run is a very scenic run on gravel paths that take you through a small forest and along the LaCamas Lake. The course passes by several restrooms and a couple of stores so you can get a drink or go bathroom if you need. There are some uphill portions at the beginning and the middle of the course, but nothing real bad. A good fast, long course.
