Description of this Run

Nice and quiet 4.4 mile route on asphalt with no traffic/auto/sidewalk issues to deal with during the run. You are basically running around the Pompano Beach airport & the Pompano Beach golf course perimeter. The miles are marked and you can easily create your own distances and not just loop around. For instance, I often times run three out and three back for a 6 mile run or 4 miles out and back for an 8 miler.
